Good news for Baltimore - Homicide Rates Are Down This Year!

Baltimore Homicides

As of 6/4/08 Homicides since Jan. 1: 83

There had been 83 homicides in the city this year as of yesterday, compared with 128 at the same time last year, according to police.

As of 11/16/07 Homicides Since Jan. 1, 2007: 262 

As of 8/10/07 Homicides Since Jan. 1, 2007: 196 
As of 8/02/07 Homicides Since Jan. 1, 2007: 188
As of 7/30/07 there were 445 non-fatal shootings, up from 338 last year.
